Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Personalized products / custom NFC link

Because Poeki products are always programmed by us with a personal url-link (we program it for you and take care of the setup), these products are considered made-to-order / personalized.

Therefore: - Personalized products with a personal url-link cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Examples: - NFC products programmed with your personal link (e.g., Instagram/TikTok) – Poeki-tags linked to a specific person or use case

Defective or incorrect delivery

If your product arrived damaged, does not work as expected, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days at info@poeki.nl with: - Your order number - A short description - Clear photos/videos (if relevant isolating the issue)

We’ll fix it properly (replacement or refund).

Return conditions

·       The product must be returned unused and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

·       You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may apply.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we explicitly state otherwise in advance.

Refunds

Once we receive your return (or you provide proof that it has been sent), we will refund you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, unless a legal exception applies.

Exception (made-to-order / personalized)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including products where a personal url-link has been set/programmed at the consumer’s request.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless agreed otherwise.
